No need to think about what to wear every day, office uniform looks neat and tidy

Company uniforms that keep a whole team looking consistent

A company uniform only works if everyone can wear the same thing comfortably — from the front desk to the warehouse, from XXS to 5XL. We build work and office uniform programmes for teams that need one consistent look across departments, offices and sites: shirts, polos, knitwear, trousers and blazers cut in the same fabric, the same colour and with the same logo.

Every programme starts from three questions: what your team does all day, what climate they work in, and whether the uniform also has to carry your brand in front of clients. From there we match the fabric, the cut and the trim to the job.

Fabrics that survive a five-day week

Office and service uniforms are washed far more often than they are worn out, so we start from easy-care, colour-fast cloth rather than the cheapest option.

  • Poly-cotton blends — hold their shape and colour through repeated washing and need almost no ironing.
  • Cotton-rich poplin and twill — a softer, more premium hand for client-facing teams.
  • Wrinkle-resistant and anti-pilling finishes — for shirts and knitwear that go straight back on the hanger.
  • Stretch blends — for trousers and blouses that have to move with the wearer.

Tell us how the garments will be laundered and we will recommend the finish that survives it.

What we can make for your team

Our work and office uniform range covers the pieces most companies need, all made to your specification:

  • Polo shirts and T-shirts — for service, retail and site teams.
  • Dress shirts and blouses — long and short sleeve, regular and tailored fits.
  • Trousers, chinos and skirts — including stretch waistbands for mixed body types.
  • Blazers, jackets and knitwear — for reception and management teams.
  • Accessories — ties, scarves, aprons, caps and belts.

See the uniform range or our custom uniforms service for the complete capability list.

Sizing for a whole team, not one person

Team uniforms fail on sizing far more often than on design. We work from a full size chart, accept a mixed size breakdown inside one order, and can add tall and plus-size blocks so nobody is squeezed into the wrong fit. Send us a measurement sheet, or simply a list of sizes and quantities per department, and we will confirm the breakdown before production.

Logo and branding options

Your logo can be embroidered or printed, in one colour or full colour, and placed where it reads best: left chest, sleeve, back yoke or collar. For soft knitwear we normally recommend embroidery; for large graphics on T-shirts and polos, printing. See our embroidery options for the detail.

MOQ, samples and lead time

Work and office uniforms start at 100 pieces per style and colour, so the range works for a single office as well as a multi-site roll-out. We make a sample first so you can check fabric, fit, colour and finishing before you commit, and we reply to every enquiry within 24 hours.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for work uniforms?

100 pieces per style and colour. A mixed size breakdown inside that quantity is fine.

Can you match our brand colour?

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a fabric swatch and we will dye to match, then confirm with a lab dip or a sample garment.

Can we order different sizes in one batch?

Yes — send the size breakdown per department and we will pack it accordingly.

Do you provide a sample before bulk production?

Yes. We make a sample first so you can confirm fabric, fit, colour and finishing, and we move to bulk production only after you approve it.
